Experience

  • Media Director | 2021- 2026

    Led the company’s creative and media function across social, web, print, photography, video, and motion. Set visual standards and ensured brand consistency across all deliverables. Built scalable workflows (SOPs, QA, scheduling, handoffs, templates) to improve speed, reliability, and quality in a high-volume environment. Directed and collaborated with designers, photographers, videographers, and stakeholders to translate goals into clear briefs and deliverables, manage feedback loops, delegate priorities, and ensure on-time delivery. Produced and approved brand-safe creative in compliance-heavy contexts. Operated cameras and supported livestream production/engineering as needed. Leveraged AI-assisted workflows (including Higgsfield) to accelerate short-form iteration while maintaining brand standards.

  • Digital Media Director | 2014-2021

    At Signature Healthcare, I partnered with the Chief Creative Officer and VP of Creative Services to lead the strategy and end-to-end production of high-impact video and photographic content across all marketing channels. Hands-on as director/DP, photographer, and motion-graphics animator, I built and launched an in-house studio that streamlined workflows and accelerated delivery. I managed a team producing motion graphics, interviews, and facility-tour films, ensuring editorial quality and brand consistency. The result was a step-change in both quality and output, a stronger, more cohesive brand presence, and creative operations aligned to the company’s business goals.

    I launched my own studio to choose the work and clients I believed in, focusing on portrait, family, and wedding photography with full creative control. Along the way I was named one of Peerspace’s “Top Wedding Photographers in Louisville,” produced content for nationally recognized brands including Humana, The National Heart Association, and Norton Healthcare, and served as lead photographer and videographer for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Louisville’s Light the Night event in 2018 and 2019.

  • Media Developer | 2012-2014

    At Life Adventure Center, I organized and led a multi-disciplinary creative team to promote the organization’s programming across commercial and charitable initiatives. I oversaw the creation of all marketing and branded media, directed a full website redesign to improve navigation and integrate our marketing and commercial video library, and represented LAC within both the Lexington and Louisville Chambers of Commerce. I also initiated and managed a company-wide rebrand that modernized the organization’s identity and helped attract a younger audience.

  • Video Content Coordinator | 2010-2012

    In this fast-paced studio role, I learned production operations end to end while serving as on-camera talent, creating 100+ short product-description videos per day to help customers make informed buying decisions. I trained the video team on outdoor gear and best-practice shooting techniques, and I supervised production assistants to keep throughput on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of image, sound, and overall production quality.

The Grand

Senior Living

For The Grand Senior Living, I partnered closely with their staff to shape the story, coordinate logistics, and capture what the community actually feels like day to day, not just what it looks like. I led the production end-to-end, directing a videographer while also shooting footage myself, then guiding the edit with a tight eye on pacing, details, and brand tone. The final piece showcases the Grand experience: the location, the lifestyle, and the warmth behind the doors.

 
 

Quality in Motion

A Signature Healthcare Clinical Showcase

Quality in Motion was built as a quarterly series to spotlight Signature Healthcare’s clinical excellence and the innovations happening across the organization. The plan was a consistent release cadence, but COVID-19 in 2020 disrupted production and we ultimately released a single episode. I produced, directed, and edited the project end-to-end, shaping everything from the story structure and on-site production to the final cut and delivery.

Carrie King | realtor®

I created an in-home portrait session for Carrie King capturing warm, authentic moments that felt personal and lived-in. Featured here is one image from the full session, built around natural light, relaxed energy, and a polished portrait that still felt like them in their space. Selected images were published in Hurstbourne Living Magazine.

Adrianna and John, framed in a quiet forest corridor where the light falls soft and the background melts away. This image is all about mood and composition: clean lines, natural color, and a calm, cinematic feel that keeps the focus on connection without feeling posed.

Ville Church Worship Guide

I Designed a weekly worship guide for Ville Church that balanced two goals that don’t always play nice: edgy but welcoming, trendy but instantly readable. The design was built to match the church’s overall brand vibe, modern, bold, and a little gritty, while keeping a clear information hierarchy so first-time visitors could quickly find what mattered (next steps, groups, kids, contact info). The guide was used as the Sunday handout for two years, proving it could hold up in real-world, high-volume use. Created in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Billboard Design

I Designed a high-impact billboard for Homepage Realty featuring agent Michelle Kurland to position her as the go-to expert in the Germantown/Schnitzelburg area while promoting the launch of the new neighborhood office. The creative was built to be bold and instantly readable at speed, using bright, vibrant color and strong hierarchy to match Michelle’s personality without drifting from Homepage’s brand standards. I also partnered with media sellers to pinpoint and secure a high-traffic placement, and the campaign produced immediate lead-generation results for the agent.

Case Study

From Creative to System: scaling a brokerage with a media-first operating model

  • Homepage Realty needed marketing and media operations that could scale as the brokerage grew. I built and led a media-first system that increased speed-to-market, improved quality and consistency, and made great marketing repeatable, which supported Homepage’s growth from roughly 80 agents to 200+.

  • As agent count grew, demand for photos, video, and marketing support increased fast. The risk wasn’t creative talent, it was throughput and consistency. Without strong systems, turnaround time slips, quality becomes uneven, brand compliance weakens, and agents lose confidence in the brokerage’s marketing platform.

  • Media Director | Creative + Marketing Operations Lead

    As Media Director, I owned strategy and execution across marketing operations: listing media production, workflow design, delivery standards, and team leadership. I led a multi-disciplinary team (photographers, videographer/editor, social support, scheduling/communication) and built repeatable systems that scaled as volume increased.

  • I scaled the department using a five-part system:

    • Listing media as the core product (the brokerage’s public scoreboard)

    • Speed as a feature with measurable delivery standards

    • Bottleneck removal to increase capacity without burnout

    • Brand guardrails + compliance to reduce variance at scale

    • Feedback loops + cadence to continuously improve performance

  • The biggest shift was removing bottlenecks and making quality repeatable through systems, not heroics:

    • Offloaded listing photo editing to improve speed and consistency

    • Rebuilt the shoot-to-delivery pipeline with clearer handoffs and checkpoints

    • Implemented team huddles 3x/week to manage workload and blockers

    • Tightened scheduling and communication processes to reduce rework

  • I centered the operation around a clear KPI: listing photography delivered in under 24 hours. Listing deliverables were prioritized above non-listing requests to protect speed-to-market, even as volume increased.

  • As the organization scaled, variance became the enemy. I implemented standardized creative systems and templates, strengthened guardrails, and reinforced compliance practices so agents could move fast without drifting off-brand or creating unnecessary risk.

    • Supported brokerage growth from ~80 agents to 200+ agents during the period the system was implemented and refined

    • Established and protected a <24-hour listing photo delivery target

    • Increased capacity by removing editing bottlenecks and refining workflow

    • Improved consistency through standards, templates, and repeatable processes

  • Agents received fast, consistent listing media and on-brand marketing support they could rely on, helping them present professionally and win listings. For the brokerage, it created a dependable marketing platform that made the brand feel bigger, sharper, and more scalable than typical operations at that size.

  • To scale beyond 200+ agents, I’d expand controlled self-serve templates (locked-brand systems), automate intake/routing to reduce friction, and add deeper reporting connecting speed-to-market and media quality to listing performance indicators where available.
