30 Stonebridge Rd was an early example of pushing beyond the standard walkthrough. We brought in a dedicated drone pilot to capture interior-drone footage, giving the tour an immersive, floating perspective that highlights the home’s flow, scale, and details from angles you can’t get handheld. I edited the final piece, shaping the story through pacing, music, and audio design to turn the footage into a cohesive visual narrative, not just a room-to-room pass-through.
