Big Wins is Signature Healthcare’s monthly flagship series spotlighting the biggest wins from across Signature Nation, distributed to 115 facilities nationwide and shared publicly to showcase the culture, progress, and people behind the work. From the start, I partnered closely with creative leadership to brand, package, and shape the format so it could be produced consistently and feel like a true Signature property, not just an internal update.

To make that consistency possible, I built the studio designed specifically for this production, creating a streamlined setup that enabled regular shoots with higher efficiency and repeatable quality. From there, I owned the full post-production pipeline, including motion graphics, keying, and lighting polish, while also contributing on the front end: helping write scripts, directing talent on camera, and even appearing on camera when the episode called for it. This Halloween edition turns the “wins of the month” into a fun, spooky themed experience, keeping the message clear while matching Signature’s seasonal tradition.
