This episode of Southend Spotlight follows the Southend Hustlers as they sit down with the owner of Lindsay’s Kitchen, capturing the heart behind a local staple. As creative lead, I shaped the look and storytelling approach, directed videography and on-camera talent to keep the interview authentic and flowing, and I also captured part of the footage on location. In post, I worked closely with the editor to dial in pacing, audio, and structure, turning the conversation into a polished, community-first story that feels warm, real, and rooted in the Southend.
