I directed the production end-to-end, working closely with the videographer on capture strategy and collaborating with the editor to shape pacing, sound, and narrative flow. The result is a film that highlights the home’s features, but more importantly, the feeling of the space, refined visuals, clean audio, and a confident, uplifted presentation that reflects the standard we set for modern listing media.
